We had a 3 night stay and were very comfortable; clean and quiet with great and welcoming staff. Location is perfect for your visits to Sojo and a quick dash to Manhattan and downtown Harlem. Our stay felt like we were home with all amenities at our beckoning call. Had a little mishap with the Valet driver allowing my girls to drive off with the car keys still in his hand but the hotel manager was extremely compassionate about the goof-up and supported us with a solution to recover the Lyft costs associated with the delivery of our keys to their 40 minute away car location. Outside of this mishap, our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to our next stay!!🌹

I kind of got turned around when returning to the property after shopping. I took the back road of the hotel to get to the hotel parking lot and it was giant potholes. Other than that everything else was perfect

I like this hotel. It’s clean, convenient. Safe and the staff is very friendly. I stayed at the hotel for a few nights during Nov 2025 and one of my nights, the room I was in, the heater did not work and it was freezing. Aside from that. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. There was also breakfast included with the stay and it was great.
