We checked in Friday night to find out we had no hot water on the 5th floor. Were told it would be back shortly. It wasn’t. So we were relocated to a room on the 2nd floor Saturday and it was even colder. The front desk failed to mention that the problem would not be resolved until Monday when they moved us to the 2nd floor. Upon hearing this we had to check out and leave. Finding other accommodations. I’ll never stay at one of these properties again if I am not fully refunded for the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Convenient and comfortable hotel! I stay here every time I come to visit NJ. Its close to highways and NYC, there is a movie theatre across the parking lot, and staff is very friendly :)

We've always stayed at this Hilton, and it's always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that some of the snacks are too expensive ($4 for a candy bar).
