This property is a one in my book. The place is clean, great location and tremendous value for your money, One minor occasion for improvement would be to replace the shower head we stayed in unit 31

The desk clerk conversed with me in French and English and was friendly and helpful. Parking in front of our motel door was too tight for our compact SUV but he let us park beside the close office entrance. My wife appreciated the room Keurig as she is a coffee addict. There was a fun looking Québécois pub next door and we were right across from a local public beach. This place would likely be a blast between St Jean Baptiste And Canada Day. It was October when we visited and the place was packed. That must speak volumes about the place… super clean and quiet.
