Watch the palms sway in the breeze and listen to the sound of the waves gently crashing on the beach directly in front of your beautiful ground-floor floor completely remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condo at Pacific Beach in Potrero, Costa Rica. The sunsets are unbelievable, and your views include Catalina Islands, the brand new Flamingo Marina, and Potrero Bay are amazing! This is one of two condos we have available in this beachfront complex.
Comfortably appointed in beach décor, you will find everything you need for beachfront living. The large open plan has a fully equipped modern chef’s kitchen with a gas stove, large living area, and opens onto the spacious veranda complete with grill and outdoor dining.
The bedroom is bright and coastal, with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. This fantastic condo has been updated and includes high-efficiency split system A/C and ceiling fans in each area.
Pacific Beach condos are located right on the beach and have an ocean view pool with an adjacent sundeck. A sprawling, grassy area backyard awaits for playing games. Great spot to relax and enjoy the quiet beach and beautiful sunsets. The condo is well appointed with a full sized kitchen, comfortable king sized bed and quiet air conditioning for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property right on the beach. The condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay and the sunsets and overall view of the ocean was magnificent. David, the owner, was very helpful with recommendations, etc. This was our first time to Costa Rica and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. We also highly recommend using Ricardo for any your excursions. Door to door service and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Quiet& Excellent Stay

The Condo faces the Potrero play so it’s beyond extravagant. It’s clean, well maintained and the host David is up to his task. The AC is terrific, very relevant as the temperature steadies around 30C, at the time during the day. The kitchen is relatively well equipped. Lacks better kettle for water boiling. The outside grill is not safe to use and it should be updated. The bathroom is fine, but the shower head is outdated/ worn out. WE give 9 out of 10 to this property. We stayed there from December 20 2024 till January 19, 2025. We would recommend this condo. Jadwiga& Zivojin

Great place and town

This is a great condo to stay at we enjoyed the condo and the town. The other owners and guest was very friendly. Everything is walkable but its was much better with a golf cart to go to nearby towns and beaches. David was great to work with and helped us with information so we had the best trip.
