Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
There were many issues from the day we moved into the VRBO. It has been a nightmare. I have pictures of the day I moved in to show the terrible condition of the property. We never were able to get the internet or TVs working until we brought our own AT&T box from our home to connect the internet. I was locked out of the home for half a day because I could not get you to communicate with me and I finally called a lock Smith and paid them to unlock the door. We were put into a VRBO that we had not originally reserved. Several missed days of work due to trying to communicate with anyone at VRBO to try to get things worked out. house was dirty. No washcloths and or minimal ammenities. No toilet paper, etc etc. Found 4 towels in the laundry room. Coffee pot filthy, Kitchen sink Filthy. Bugs on the floor. Bedding had to be washed, had stains etc. Cob webs hanging everywhere. Stove dirty. Drawers and cabinets had food in them . I have dated pictures of all of these things mentioned plus additional pics. I want to further discuss this with a VRBO representative before we are charged for the nightmare we went thru. Totally unprofessional, unreliable and due to our strenuous work schedule we had no choice but to accept those conditions. My rating from 0 to 10 would be 0.
