I liked the easy access to shopping and tour around the city, restaurants, stuff was good in the kitchen. Room service was great. Only reception didn't follow up on opening the safe for me. I couldn't used it to keep my belongings and documents. Also parking was kind of tigh. The rest was very reliable. I recommend this Hotel.

I love this hotel and all the services they provide. I stay here every time I come to Tepic. Staff most times are very nice. Very convenient and the morning breakfast ladies in the kitchen and servers have all my respect, they are such hard working people, super nice and efficient.
