Casa Lulù with seaview and shared pool
Casa Lulù is a beautiful house with shared pool located on a hill a few hundred meters from the beautiful sea of the coast of Tertenia with breathtaking views over its waters crystalline.
The house is composed of two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private balcony and sea view and a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room.
In the basement we find a full kitchen with dishwasher, living room with sofa, an additional bathroom and outdoor space.
Outside there is a veranda with sea view, dining table and deck chairs, an outdoor shower and barbecue. A few steps away, the beautiful communal swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30, from which you can enjoy the view of the coast and the mountains surrounding the Marina di Tertenia.
The swimming pool will be available to guests from 15 May to 30 September and is shared with other units of the residence.
Some rules to enjoy our beautiful communal pool:
- no glass is allowed in the pool;
- no drinks or food are allowed in the pool area;
- diving is not permitted;
- chairs, sunbeds or umbrellas are not permitted;
- It is not allowed to bring in inflatable pool or games.
