Villa Maria (iun. Gov. It / 2574) is located in the Marina di Tertenia just 3 minutes walk from the FOXI MURDEGU beach which is all of very fine sand. Having a very shallow seabed, the beach is ideal for both children and non-expert swimmers. The villa is located in a quiet seaside residence. The villa is made up of two levels, on the ground floor there is the kitchen / dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a quadruple bedroom with 2 bunk beds and another bathroom with shower. Outside the villa there is a spacious veranda with table and chairs, a private garden with a lawn for children to play and to park the car, a brick barbecue for grilling and an outdoor shower. Everything in the villa and the furnishings has been designed for children and to ensure a beautiful stay for families. The villa having 8 beds available is also suitable for two families or groups. Inside the villa you can find beach games for children, a beach umbrella.
