This would be the best property I have stayed at, the staff were first class along with the entire property. The level of customer service was first class This property is amazing value for for money

Happy hour! Free wine, beer and snacks each day between 5 & 6 PM. Close to everything. Short walk to the Kiei Park where we got see 4 kiwi at close quarters, and other New Zealand birds and the Tuatara. Also the chairlift is close as well as a short walk to the centre of Queenstown and its foreshore. There is a bit of a hill, but careful planning of our path minimised this. There is a nice cosy lounge which gives it a homely feel. Rooms are well appointed if a little small, but hanging out in the lounge ameliorated this , and at happy hour we got to meet new people.
