The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, which was a real plus. However, communication could have been better, as I had to chase for check-in details and responses sometimes took over half an hour. The hot water only lasted around 10 minutes, and the internet connection was unreliable during my stay. Shampoo and body wash were not provided initially and had to be requested, arriving the following day. The mattress would also benefit from an update, as the springs were quite noticeable. Overall, the stay was okay mainly due to the location, but a few improvements would make the experience much more comfortable.

There was no shampoo as noted under amenities, the bathroom door handle was broken and the air conditioner only worked on a high setting which was loud and hard to sleep.
