#Zoe: Lovely Penthouse by halu! Apartments is a brand new, 2-bedroom penthouse, located on Karolou Ntil Str, at the heart of Thessaloniki‘s centre. The apartment is located in the most upscale neighbourhood of the city, with bars, restaurants, sights, the seafront, and transportation, at less than a 5-minute walk! There’s no other name that describes this home better than Zoe: an Ancient Greek name that means life.

The apartment is located in a historic building, built in the 1920s. Staying true to its heritage, we restored the oak wooden floors, the big and airy windows, the intricate designs on the ceilings, and did our best to honor Zoe’s history. When we finished the infrastructure of the apartment, we were in awe of the result. The apartment has a very unique, innate character, and that’s why we decided to add very simple and practical furniture. The result is a space that will definitely elevate your experience in the lively city of Thessaloniki.

Fantastic apartment in Thessaloniki

We traveled from the United States. First time to Greece. Stayed in Thessaloniki for four days, to run the Alexander The Great marathon. We found this place and rented it through the Vrbo website. In a word, perfection. It is a very spacious and roomy two bedroom, one bath top floor “penthouse.” It has a very large, outdoor balcony patio, complete with some furniture. It’s not on the ocean, but you can see it a few blocks away. It has a full kitchen with all the amenities you need. A washing machine and a nice outdoor drying rack. Large wraparound couch, television with cable, nice dining room table. Plenty of linens, nice, plush, cotton robes, comfortable beds. Spacious walk-in shower. It’s on the fifth floor. Remember that in the United States, we start with floor one, grease starts with floor zero. So their first floor is really our second… And their fourth floor is really the fifth floor. It is a walk up, no elevator. But the five flights of stairs aren’t bad. That’s the only thing that could possibly limit your enjoyment. Downstairs is a phenomenal bakery, and you wake up to fresh bread smells every morning. The location is ideal to shopping, restaurants. Overall an easy thumbs up and an easy five star.

Great Stay

We had a great Stay at our Penthouse in Thessaloniki, everything was exactly liked described. The flat was really clean, also the communication was great, if we had requests they answered in a couple of minutes. Very good service. I highly recommend!!
