Once a charming fishing village, Puerto del Carmen is now a glowing resort, bustling with busy bars, sandy beaches and an Old Town Harbour. Local restaurants offer seafront views, providing a picturesque setting for an evening meal amongst the family. 
Villa Puerta de Hierro boasts a beautiful terrace, complete with a covered area, comfy furnishings and a magnificent 10x2m heated* pool. Pull up a sun lounger and enjoy a glass of vino and a good book poolside. A covered terrace provides much-needed shade away from the midday sun, whilst another terrace boasts alfresco dining and a food prep area, complete with a brick-built BBQ and basin. Sliding patio doors lead from the terrace to the ground floor. We'll find most of the rooms on this floor, including all three bedrooms, one master double and two twin rooms. All bedrooms come with a fan for those warm nights, whilst the master double boasts a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite. The bedrooms in Puerta de Hierro are located at the rear of the property, and are designed to keep cool during the hot summer months. The cosy lounge has splashes of vibrant colour, whilst a smart TV and comfy furnishings provide an ideal spot for indoor relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen with dining facilities is also on the ground floor, complete with all the latest appliances. 
On the lower ground floor we find the utility area with external access, a separate shower room and a games room featuring table tennis. Upstairs, the first floor is home to a unique swiss cabin-style room, with a low beamed ceiling and seating positioned directly under the skylights. This hidden gem is the ideal spot for catching glimpses of the stars!
