Hotel staff was wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, welcoming and very professional. Their restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Too bad it was raining the only day we had in the city, otherwise we would have gone to the pool. The hotel grounds were kept in really good shape. We were 5 minutes from the airport. Very convenient.

Hot water issue, I never did get HW later in the am my husband did. Restaurant prices are outrageous, breakfast is usually included but here 17$ /person. Beer 85 cents at a close by store 6 $ both Balboa (local). So not impressed. Hotel itself is just okay should be graded a 3 star.

The aircon was hot and cold and made a bad nights sleep. The prices are price gouging at the restaurant as there are no other options without taking a taxi. $22 for a hamburger and $6 for a can of beer and $5 for a can of coke. It's price gouging. $28 for a low quality buffet.

For an airport hotel, this was lovely! The perfect place for us to recoup after a long day of flying. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. There isn’t much around in terms of stores or entertainment, but it is quiet and clean.
