Very clean, staff were courteous and helpful. Perfect location to explore the Ota area of Tokyo. The room was a bit warm at times but not uncomfortable. Very safe because you need the room key for access to elevator. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend, very reasonable room rate for travellers on a budget.

Some people say their room is quite small, but if you are travelling alone, it is more than enough. Everything you need is in the room, and the staffs are quite helpful cos I have borrowed a humidifier and they acted very quick. One highlight is that there are 3 convenience stores around you, so you don’t have to worry about drinks or midnight snacks. You can choose whether to tidy up your room or not on that morning, so it would be a great plus for night owls.
