Room was very nice for the price. Bed was quite hard, but the overall experience was decent. Check in is all automated, but there are staff onsite. Parking adjacent to building. Room had a big shower but no bath. AC unit was very nice, and offers free luggage holding.

Great hotel in a great location in Asakusa. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean. Minus 1 star as the mattress was very firm and pillows uncomfortable. But when i requested extra pillow, staff were very accommodating

I stayed here for 2 weeks. I loved this hotel so much. It was so close to so many things. The beds were very firm so that kind of sucked. I’m a girl who loves a soft bed though so for others it might be fine. I would totally stay here again.

Stayed here 7 nights but would recommend for shorter stays. The hotel was decent overall. Location was close to the temple, good restaurants and shopping however comfort could be improved. Provided 2 small pillows that were uncomfortable and the comforter kept falling out of the duvet. Interior blanket was not clean. Laundry services, complimentary coffee and water were appreciated. But would have appreciated knowing additional fees for lost room key. We were charged 2200 Yen upon check out.

the room itself is small but has compartments to store your luggage / clothes. they have alot of amenities like to wash clothes , to weight your suitcase and give you complimentary coffee and bread every morning. the location is perfect 11 mins from the train station that takes you anywhere from ginza to shibuya. the best part of it a lawson is next door and 4 mins away a 711. felt safe anytime will stay here again
