It being our first time in Japan and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was amazing. Huge thanks to Suzukisan and his recommendation for ramen. It was a quick walk from the hotel and delicious! We can’t wait to return to Japan .

Hotel was conveniently located about a 20 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, in a side street with little traffic which made the rooms relatively quiet. Staff was welcoming and friendly. There's a Lawson located directly across from it in case you need any necessities, as well as a 7Eleven a little further down the street.

Hotel was fine, staff were okay but a little less helpful than our other Ginza area hotel. One elevator and one washer dryer were not ideal. Breakfast being in another APA was also an unknown to us before arriving.

Staff are good, property is ok, location is ok, breakfast is very bad becasue small dinning place, food is cold, japenes food is super bad, breads small size as cookie, no fruits, coffee is super bad taste, no salad.
