Staffs are fantastic!! Friendly, helpful and clear communications. Room, hotel facilities are clean and environment is ok too. Convenient location, less than 10min walk to Ginza station. Room is rather dark (quite dark actually), would be good if can be brighter. Limited space for baggage but that’s the same for most hotel in Tokyo. Check that hotel room layouts are suitable before booking. Some might really find it hard to place baggage(s). The 4 stars is due to darkness. There are bigger room but wasn’t available by the time I booked. Stayed before and didn’t remember room being so dark.

Great location and friendly staff. My husband and I originally was staying here for 3 nights and needed to extend 2 more nights on the day we arrived. Everything was full but they were very nice enough to help us figure out a solution. Would definitely come back!

We found the hotel centrally located, very nice and clean room. The entire Hotel decor is very tastefully done, very beautiful including the lobby bar! There is also a Laundry room on the 2nd floor, if you want to do laundry. The hotel rooms are generally on the small side but didn't feel cramped. The hotel provided us coupon to redeem for free drink during out stay, but we didn't get the chance to take advantage it! Also, we didn't get the chance to check out the roof top restaurant, but one of our friends loved the hotel restaurant on the top floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Royal Park Canvas G8.

I stayed there for four days. I didn't have AC for the first 3 days. I went to front desk. They had turned it of from the office. TV didn't work until the last day. They came and reset the TV. Rooms extremely small. We were living in our luggages.
