A bit far from Shinjuku station than advertised. Room is very small. It’s a 2 star accommodation but charging 4 star price.

The rooms were very soundproof and perfect for a small family. They were spacious by Japanese standards. Right on the bus line and easy walk to central shinjuku. 3 different all night shops on vicinity

Great ! After getting in close to midnight after a delayed flight the staff were very helpful and quick with check in and finding some food for us

Great spot - super comfortable bed and great hot showers ! Good space and enough room to move which is great for Tokyo ! Nice kitchen for basic cooking etc :) great spot !

Good location about 30 minute walk to Shinjuku station with a number of restaurants near by. The staff were exceptionally helpful.
