There was insuite microwave, mini fridge and a hotplate (useful for??). There was a nice office space with a comfortable chair. There was free goodies that made the stay more comfortable. Convenience stores are only minutes away. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were clean and compact, with a microwave and small cooker. Staff were excellent. Local shops and restaurants in this street and lovely area towards the wharf to walk.

Missed the last shinkansen leaving from shinagawa to kyoto and had to put me and a friend up for the night. The hotel is close to another station that is one stop from shinagawa (7 minute transit in total from here to shinagawa station). The place is clean, and has all the amenities we needed for the night! Do note, if you are a very large person, it may be a little difficult to maneuver around in the shower area. It wasn’t as quiet as one might hope, but that likely is just a big city thing. It wasn’t people talking or being loud for the most part. Lots of ambulance/ police passed by throughout the night with their sirens on. That being said it didn’t wake up my friend, and I only heard them since I was already awake at the time. Definitely didn’t stop me from falling asleep! The staff was super friendly, and check in was very easy even checking in only 15 minutes or so after booking the place! Just make sure your passport is handy if you’re a foreigner! If I was going to stay in shinagawa, I would come back here for sure. Good location for transportation and good price per night!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice size but old. No elevator so you have to carry your luggages through narrow stairs. No cleaning during entire stay- you take out your trash and request fresh towels at front desk. Hotel is 2-minute walk from Kitashinagawa station. Area can be noisy in the morning and early evening. Hotel is overpriced for its value.
