The surrounding of the property has tonnes of nice food and near to subway station. The staff is very profesional and helpful. They will give new towels daily even if we mention no cleaning is required. I would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when I come back again. Keep up the good work.

Hard to find, small entrance, most taxis don’t know about this hotel they seemed shocked and have to look it up or google. Closest major shop is Harry Winston three blocks away. 3 convenient stores less than a minutes walk like Lawsons and Family Mart for snacks and essentials. 10 minutes walk from Ginza Station.

Had a pleasant one night stay here. Staff were very efficient and professional. The double bed room I booked was more spacious than expected. Breakfast was great. The only minor inconvenience for me (personally) was the location: it is a bit far from Tokyo station~10-15 mins walk. But it was close to Ginza, so the location might be ideal for those wanting to explore Ginza.
