I was surprised by the lack of engagement from the front of house staff, who were seemingly not interested in assisting the guests, a very laissez faire approach. This is in sharp contrast to the service I received everywhere else in Japan. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to a friend

Everything about this place was nice, except our std. single room was not big enough to open 2 24" suitcases so it was a little cramped. I loved the smart tv, the full strength shower, the nice towels everyday and the help that the staff gave regarding my miscommunication with the shuttle transportation. I especially liked the 7-11 in the basement and the laundry room. Thanks for a nice stay!
