The room was larger than the average Japanese hotel room. We could actually lay our suitcases open on the floor. Located a very short walk from Shin Okubo station. This station is on the new line which does a circuit of the main Tokyo area. Other stations available were a longer walk away for other train lines. It was central and nearby were drug stores, a Donki, many restaurants (including Korea town just a block away), and a 7/11. Signs were available for if you want your room cleaned or not. Towels were provided daily even if you do not have your room cleaned. The hotel overall was clean and fresh.

This was a great place to move around Tokyo easily. Close to the JR station. The team was nice and helpful despite the language barrier, they were always patient with us.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to Shinjuku, plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Comfy beds, small rooms. Elevator stopping at floor 2 every time you need to go up was annoying but would stay here again.

Excellent location right near the train station and walkable distance to Shinjuku. The small hot tub/onsen was very nice! I used it everyday and really helped after a whole day of walking. Staff are very nice and lots of extra goodies such as toothbrushes etc. Rooms in Japan are very small unless you spend big bucks on hotels that offer bigger rooms. So don’t be shocked when your room is smaller than what your normally used too. I stayed in a hotel in Osaka and it was much smaller.

Very convenient location in terms of transportation, the subway is a 3 min walk away. Great amenities like laundry, public bath and bathroom hygiene products. Super clean and would recommend if you’re in Tokyo.

Staff were great, location perfect. Close to everything but removed so it was quiet/calm on our street. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Restaurant food was amazing and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
