Front desk staff are very rude, especially the manager. They never informed us that you’ll be charged for 1K+ yen for a few minutes later checked out when we checked in. The hotel room was very small for a family of 5. I would never recommends this hotel. This was a terrible experience!!!

Great but might be small

Clean room, but very small. Barely enough room to open suitcases. But for us was good enough. It did feel cramped. Other than than the staff was great, location for visiting Disney perfect (just a bus ride away), and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Great for the price!

The room was clean though incredibly cramped for a five person space. The ceiling kept leaking on one of the beds and the bathroom is made of such cheap material, its easily breakable. Staff was nice and offered good services.

This hotel was close to the train station. The rooms were pretty clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was very nice. The entryway sometimes smelled like smoke. Great value.

I loved this hotel, everything about it!!! I knew next to nothing about where to stay when coming to Japan from the states. I wanted an off property hotel that was accessible to Disney and the reviews for this hotel I saw said it was clean and there was a bus to Disney plus it was affordable so I booked it. Now after staying there, I would book it again and recommend it to anyone. I don’t know what other rooms looked like but our was very small. Basically enough room for the bed with a private bathroom but we are the people who only use the room for sleep and would rather save money. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a bidet. The front desk has mostly staff that spoke at least a little English which we appreciate but didn’t expect. They have outlet adaptors to borrow if needed. Then free cups of water with free Japanese soda cups. Also for 1 hour a day free alcohol provided by the hotel. The bus station was a 2 minute walk with a 7/11 5 minutes away. This is a great location!
