We were pleasantly surprised by the combination washer and dryer in our room. Breakfast was delicious with some of the options changing every other day. The beds were comfortable if a bit firmer than I prefer, but Japan consistently has firmer mattresses than I prefer. The staff were also very helpful.

the stay was exceptional and the staff was very helpful with the luggage transfers event at 3am in the morning. walking distance to the JR line and surrounded by shops and mini marts. will come back again

Room was clean and staff was courteous. Breakfast included, good clothes washer and dryer. Only complaint was the smaller toilet seat. Probably the smallest I've used in Japan. Otherwise a very good hotel and the local food options were very good as well.

Rooms are clean and efficient (washer/dryer combo) with soaking tub, toothbrush/paste and mini fridge. In the lobby there are many amenities (wash clothes, facial cream, brush/comb, teas and bath salts). The ice is amazing! The breakfast for good with ample choices.

We like the washer in room , but it took forever to dry our clothes and there was an odor to the washer. Which clothes did not smell clean Thought it was closer to Disneyland. But over all good
