Great staff, good price, good breakfast (worth the extra). Shuttle from hotel to airport is just putting your name on a list and leaves 10 after the hour from 4 to 9. Getting to the hotel from the airport was easiest for us getting a cab. $16 usd, and great for our group of 4.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because of the staff. They were extremely helpful when we checked out and left items in the room. We were able to retrieve them and they held our luggage while we went to eat as it got closer to our flights departure. This was even after we checked out! The room itself seemed a little dated with stained carpets but was very satisfied with the beds and amenities! The hotel is near schools and walkable eateries. It was great to try the Korean BBQ and cafes in the area! Definitely recommend.

Great hotel, lacking on service.

Great hotel, only 3 stops by metro or about 5 minutes away from HND airport. The one thing that I don't understand about this hotel is why they don't offer a 24HR shuttle? They have a shuttle bus, yet they only run it 2 or 3 times in the AM only. It doesn't make any sense to be. It is a nice hotel, very comfortable, rooms are on the smaller side, but I think that's everywhere in Japan. I would stay here again, but I would really like to see a 24 hour shuttle.

Great start

My friend and I checked in around 6:45 pm and the Front Desk ladies were SO helpful! We spent only 2 nights in Tokyo before heading to Hokkaido, but I definitely would return here. I forgot the other Front Desk woman’s name, but her and Haruka were the best to explain in English or Japanese. Haruka was there the next evening, too.

Third year in a row staying here. We stay here when we arrive from North America ands stay for a couple nights to acclimatize. From arrivals to check in on the train (no checked bags) total of 20 minutes. They provide toothbrushes and razors, shampoo and conditioner. Love it.

The check out is 10am which is earlier than most hotels, however being that it’s close to the airport I’m assuming they believe guest are taking early flights. Didn’t have the breakfast but the other reviews were insightful. I will say they held my luggage till the after noon when I had left to go to the airport. Which was a relief, I was able to do one last exploration of Tokyo before I departed! Staff was kind and understood English for the most part. Room was average. They do provide toiletries by reception
