Room was great, the staff is amazing, and the breakfast was my absolute favorite part. Many of the staff speak English, and the hotel is right near a train station and convenience stores. Literally 0 complaints about the entire experience, except that the gym is very sparse. Otherwise it’s an amazing place to stay!

Had an amazing stay here. Two weeks of wonderful service and hospitality. The restaurants within this hotel are also exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will be staying here the next time we are back in Tokyo.

Room was clean. Bathroom was upgraded but a whiter more modern shower curtain would look great. We appreciated the proximity to Tokyo Dome. More fruit at breakfast would be nice.
