The location is great, in a luxury area, easy access to public transit. Our only concern was the room, it was very small, but regardless I highly recommend it.

A very beautiful and modern hotel, walkable to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. My only complaint was the size of the room. The two beds were side by side, touching. The foot of the beds were 6 inches from the wall which required the person on the far bed to climb over the person in the near bed to get up. My room should have never been advertised as 2 beds.

Great location, across the street from 7/11 and walking distance to several subway lines and Tokyo station. Hotel was clean, rooms were small but you don't spend a lot of time in them anyway. Don't forget to put the "clean my room" magnet on the door every day before you leave, we forgot a couple times and had no clean towels or mugs. Front desk was very accommodating for ordering taxis, keeping luggage after checkout, and answering any questions we had. We noticed the desk isn't staffed early in the morning so keep that in mind.

I’m not sure what the complaints are about— the property is gorgeous. The rooms are wonderful as well. We booked last minute and were put on the top floor with spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. Loved it!
