We had a great stay at this hotel, just 0.5 miles from the stations and a few interesting places nearby. The breakfast was good, but there were a few issues. First, there were no high chairs for kids or toddlers, which is an easy fix to get a few from IKEA. Second, they wanted to charge me $10-14 for a lost plastic keycard. Finally, there wasn’t a real blackout, so we had to attach a sheet against the window to get some darkness. Nearby kids park and grocery stores to buy fruit and veggies. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would consider staying again.

There was no English entertainment at all. TV and movies all in Japanese. One staff spoke English and was helpful. Other staff were not able to understand and frankly didn't appear. Very motivated to help. But the breakfast menu was large and overall good. A variety of Japanese and Western tastes.
