The staff here are so lovely and are happy to help. Rooms are basic, but clean, comfortable and practical. It’s located in a quiet part of town, which is actually a nice reprieve from the busyness of the city. That said it’s within easy walking distance to the train station and restaurants. A great stay and would stay here again!

The staff were helpful and always available to serve free coffee. The coffee options are great! Three different coffees depending on the time of day. Location is a short walk from JR station. It’s on the quieter side of Akihabara so you’re away from the crowds that generally visit the area.

Nice hotel, close to Akihabara train station, helpful and friendly staffs. Clean. Unfortunately their wi fi does not always work. We can call staff to fix the wifi but then the next day wi fi kind of playing up again.

Laundry service was great, staff was friendly. My only gripe was the room we stayed in, the wall papers were falling apart, stains on the hallway floor. They only clean on certain days but otherwise the property was close to everything. Beds could be a little more comfortable but overall. great experience and would recommend.

The only downside to this hotel is it’s based around an open courtyard so you are open to the elements on the landings to your room which when it’s raining and snowing isn’t great - carpets on landings stained from rain so they get wet. Also no real catch net so could be dangerous for small children on corridors

The room is clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The amenities provided are well and organized. The location of the hotel is closed to everything from combini to restaurants to train station... There's nothing to complain about the hotel except there's a construction going on right beside the hotel.
