There is a lawson at the corner maybe a 3 min walk. There are some coffee shops with baked goods 10 mins away maybe less. They have a washer but you have to hang up your clothes. Which is pretty common.

We regularly stay in similar accommodation in the same area; we found that we would not be going back there as the double Bed was too soft and very uncomfortable. Being such a small apartment, it was annoying that the oversize bins take up so much room almost 1M2 and the TV is placed on a large cabinet of no use, removal of that cabinet and fixing TV to the wall would provide much needed extra space, and we didn't like the obscure glass in the windows giving enclosed feeling to the room, very claustrophobic. Location transport shops cleanliness all good

Great spot for a solo traveller to west Tokyo !

Very convenient to the train station, easy to access, very quiet, great shower and amenities. If you are looking for a place close to Sangenjaya or Shibuya, this is a good local area. The only improvement I could suggest is softer pillows :)

我們住了11天，房間很乾淨，隔音效果不錯，位置相當好，大概需要的電器和物品都有了（除了抹布、浴室垃圾桶、洗衣精），浴室的暖氣和乾燥系統相當有效，下次會考慮再次拜訪。 二三樓以上沒有電梯，樓梯間很乾淨好爬。

スーツケースの置き台が欲しい。 窓際に設置されてる物干しの吊るし輪があるのに物干し竿がない。 上着などをを掛けて収納する戸がテレビが前に置いてあり開閉出来ない、開閉が不便。 ベット周辺にコンセントが欲しい。

Plenty of space with a good layout clean and quiet. Love the beds, they were really comfortable. Great with fridge, kettle and microwave. It had everything for eating in and cooking if you want. Very convenient with the laundry machine and the bathroom functioning as a drying room. I liked the area as well since it was close to the station and just a general nice area to walk around in. Great information from the landlord in advance. I wish there was a hardcopy of the instructions and information as well as the PDF-files. It is a bit inconvenient to have to look at my mail everytime.

お部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。世田谷駅から徒歩5分ほどで、周辺にコンビニや飲食店も多く便利です。 エントランスは電子ロックで安心して滞在できました。受付がないため気をつかわずに利用できますが、受験生が一人で完全にチェックアウトして向かうのは少し大変かもしれません。親と一緒の利用時にはとても便利だと思います。 もしアイロンとアイロン台があると、さらに助かると感じました。全体的に満足できる宿泊でした。

清潔感のある室内と備品で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ただキッチンに洗った食器類を置くスペースが無かったり、ポットと電子レンのコンセントを付け替えないといけないのが不便でした。 また連泊の場合、清掃に入ってこられないので日常使い出来て便利でしたが、その旨と、タオルは洗濯しないと補充が無い事を明記していただけると不安もなく落ち着いて過ごせたと思います。全体的には快適で立地も良く良かったです。

すぐそばにローソンがあり、世田谷駅までも5分以内でした 外国の方が沢山泊まられているのかなという感じで、匂いが少し気になりましたが、ワンルームの民泊という感じです。 食器があり助かりました。 歯ブラシ、ルームウェアはないので持参した方が良いです。
