Room was clean, beds very comfortable, pillows were amazing. The location was great, 10 min or 800m to Shinjuku train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around, the Government Building was super close and while it was a busy location, we enjoyed the noise of the city hustles and bustle. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating, organised taxis etc when needed and most spoke English.

This was our first hotel in Japan and loved it!! The hotel staff spoke excellent English! Pierson at the front desk was wonderful to checking us in and suggested many places for us to visit. We loved our stay at Mimaru Shinjuku West. The location is fabulous - a short walk to great restaurants and bars, Shinjuku station and great shopping. This is the second Mimaru we stayed at, and they are consistently excellent - spacious and perfectly appointed for families. Super friendly staff who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our last night in Tokyo. Unforgettable stay!

The spacious apartment style hotel was great. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I appreciated the large kitchen area and access to a laundry room. The friendly multi-lingual front staff also helped answer any questions I had along the way.

Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner.
