Very spacious room, excellent location for ueno park, trains and eating. The room is really big for a family of 5 it worked well with two doubles and two bunks. As Main downside was pillows on beds were very hard not most comfortable, and hotel doesn’t have luggage forwarding assistance. Small things that held back a really good hotel

We had the bigger room and it was perfect for my family. The room was cleaned air-conditioning works great. The staff was helpful but at times you need to wait for them because they are always working on keeping the building clean and well stocked. There is 2 subway stations near by that will take you anywhere. A few streets over there is a busy street with plenty of shopping and food to try. Everything you need is in walking distance and there was 2 elevators which was helpful. With that said this place was a great choice and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Poor check-in experience. If you like speaking to an iPad with a foreign person (non Japanese,non English) instead of a human than this is for you. An online form etc and all that crap to check in. Was confusing. Luggage drop off was “at own risk” and door was left open regularly but other careless tourists. Location was great, room was good. Everything else sucked

The room is nice and big enough for our 8 luggages. It's clean. I like that they have a storage luggage room and laundry area. The breakfast tastes good. You have to book it day before then you can pick it up in the morning. Close to stations and the area/market where there's a lot of food choices. One thing for improvement about the breakfast instruction at least to show food choices or name of the food upon booking the breakfast so people with restriction would know. Online chat support was responsive. Everything is online even the reception but the checkin/out instruction was clear so it's ok.
