Rooms were big and very clean. With regards to pre-check-in,I made an Enquiry a couple of days before asking if the booking number was the same as the itinerary number because I was unable to use the itinerary number to do a pre-check-in. It said it was invalid. Unfortunately, the inquiry I made of the Hotel group was not responded to endsent to me until the day we booked in. That is unsatisfactory. Those types of enquiries should be addressed immediately.

The Disney shuttle was nice and It shuttles you to the trains so you can go see Tokyo on them. The Japanese breakfast buffet was different but good. Clean and nice people. No issues.

Hotel has a convenient shuttle to the Disney Sea and very convenient to come back to the hotel as well .hotel is big and spacious 24 hours Lawson convenience store was our favorite! They’ve got gacha and also laundry service too

Easy to get to the Disney Parks Lawsons was super convenient Onsen was amazing!!! The restaurant was okay. Nice to walk the boardwalk at night.
