Very convenient hotel with great rooms and amenities with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The Disney Shuttle was excellent, and being right next to the train station made for easy commuting and exploring around Tokyo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oriental and would gladly stay again. Highlights of the hotel include the very easy 20 minute train trip to Tokyo Station, the proximity of the hotel to the station, the Welcome Bar, the 24hr Lawson on site and the easy walk to the shopping centre. For international travel, this is a great place to start your trip to Japan.

The location is very convenient. Lawson and 7 eleven just within walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. They provide shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea. Perfect in everything that we need.

羽田空港からリムジンバス降りてすぐ目の前がホテルでした。ロビー近くにローソンがあり、駅直結にイオンや複合施設がありとても便利な場所でした。シャトルバス、スーツケースを預けれる無料ロッカーがロビー近くにあるので本当に便利でした。また利用させていただきたいです。楽しい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was busy but quiet. Everyone was respectful. The Lawson was a savior when i needed something quick but healthy and filling to eat. The hotel was always clean and quiet and the buffet did not disappoint

We had a great stay at this property. The amenities were great, it was super clean, very family friendly and close to the Disney parks. The staff didn’t speak as good of English as we were expecting but they were very friendly and using Google translate helped. The beds were soooo comfy. We all slept well here and would absolutely recommend and stay again!

The room is on the smaller size compared to U.S. but definitely enought space for my family (2 teenagers, 1 toddler and my husband and I) The room is really clean and they brought us waters everyday. The hotel is really clean and my toddler loved the interactive wall in the lobby. The toidoir has a lot of things. I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel with my children, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! From the moment we arrived, I felt reassured by the safe and welcoming environment. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. What truly set this place apart was their thoughtful approach to family travel. They went above and beyond by providing essential items like diapers and pajamas, which made our stay so much more convenient and stress-free. It’s rare to find a hotel that genuinely considers the needs of families, and this one nailed it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for traveling with little ones. We felt truly cared for during our stay, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for families looking for a comfortable, safe, and accommodating experience. We will definitely be back!

It was close to the JR line and there were 4 beds for the family. Shuttle bus to the Disney parks were convenient. The reception in the evenings were a treat (Candy buffet and drinks). Only thing was the dryer didn’t work very well

we stayed here for two nights as the hotel was close to Disney Sea. the shuttle from the hotel to Diseny Sea was very convenient. There is also an airport limousine from hotel to Narita airport!

We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.
