Great Location, literally over the road from Ueno Station and next door to the local metro line. We could walk to the Ameyoko Markets for dinner and a family mart was across the road. Check in/out was easy and staff organised our luggage forwarding for us. Our room was a reasonable size for Tokyo and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The best thing about Mitsui Gardens is its location- steps from Ueno Station, a short walk to Ueno Park with museums, flea markets, performances, people watching, etc. and located in a vibrant neighborhood of shopping and restaurants. Our room was small, and the breakfast was ok. The staff was helpful.

Great location! Just a short walk from Ueno Station and the Ginza line was literally right next to the hotel. Less than 50 feet. The room was a bit small, but we expected that going in. It was perfectly serviceable. The onsite laundry was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We really loved our 6 night stay here! The room size was fine for 2 people and luggage. The Ginza line entrance is just a few feet from the entrance to the hotel. There is also a great breakfast spot next door for western style breakfast. Ueno station is right across the street and all of the fun shopping and dining areas are also very close by. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
