Perfect location

Excellent location in Shibuya. The check in and check out process was very easy. Room was small but clean. Only wish the A/C was running since sleeping was quite warm but we were able to open the window which helped. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again when in Tokyo.

Loved that the hotel was in the middle of Shibuya. Close to train station and walking distance to shops , eateries . Dislike that our room faced the train tracks and at night we hear the trains up to midnight and start up again at 530am. Besides that the staff was helpful. The laundry area was convenient. I would stay there again.

The location couldn’t be better with train stations, shopping and dining all really close. The walls were kind of thin but if you turn on the fan in the room it drowns out all of the noise. Everything was convenient with a laundry room and and money exchange machine in the lobby.

Location! Location! Location! Its steps away from the station in Shibuya and the shibuya scramble. The staff are nice. It’s closed to convenience store and McDonald’s. They even lend us umbrellas cause it was raining. There is a water dispenser where you can get cold water. The only thing is the room is a little bit small.

Rooms are very small granted it is a Japanese hotel bathtubs are very small. My biggest issue was you don’t have dinner at your restaurant you have breakfast and lunch but no dinner no bar nowhere to sit and have a drink

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s near the train station, shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. The staff was excellent! The room and bathroom were a bit smaller than what we’re used to, but we managed. Highly recommended!

Location – Perfect for Exploring Tokyo The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Shibuya Station and the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing. It’s surrounded by great shopping, dining, and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the vibrant energy of Tokyo. Rooms – Clean, Cozy, and Well-Equipped The rooms, while compact (as expected in Tokyo), are well-designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including a good selection of toiletries, a kettle, and a mini-fridge, were a nice touch.
