We had a deluxe room and it was a great size. Bathroom was fantastic (love the Japanese style shower/bath) and room was very clean. Great view overlooking the river. The breakfast was fantastic and I appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby?

Stayed here for my first few nights of my Japan trip. Very clean and neat! The 1 bed room I got was a good fit for my husband and I. The bathroom is a big deal for me and this one was perfect, I love how the shower was separate from the toilet and sink. Breakfast was traditional Japanese style, enjoyable. Location is good, there’s a 7eleven literally a 1 min walk across the street, and about a 10 minute walk from nearest train station (tamachi) which we used to get to all our locations (shibuya, Shinjuku, etc) the train ride from most places we went was about 35 minutes so not bad. Overall I enjoyed my stay, would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean and modern. The self-service check-in/check-out kiosks as well as the self service luggage storage features were great! Perfect place for quick getaway. We enjoyed the fact that it was close to the train station as well!

The room was slightly small, but this is expected of a hotel in Tokyo. The hotel felt relatively new which made it feel more clean. There are ice machines and microwaves on certain floors, which was very good for a late night snack. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. I did however find that the pillows were lumpy, which made it hard to sleep.

I enjoy my stay very much here. Rooms were clean, the room value is great for someone bigger than the average person in Japan. Amenities are on the reception floor, and there is a dedicated shower and bathtub. The only bone to pick with is the limited TV options for English speakers. Overall, the location around this hotel has more convenient transportation options that lead to four lines that are great for value travelers.

If you want somewhere that’s not filled with tourists, Tamachi is a great choice. jR station gets you anywhere (and only 2 stations from Shimbashi). Walk over to Mita station and there’s tons of food. Hotel is very new, very clean and well designed room. Highly recommended. Everything works and check-in and out is automated, so basically I didn’t need to speak to any staff members. Will stay here again!
