Nice Neighborhood & Convenient Located

Location of this apartment was good. Walking distance to a Family Mart (convenient store) and restaurants. We went to Deny's allot for all meals (8 min walk). The neighborhood was very nice and quite. Felt very safe walking during the day and night. Conveniently located next to a couple of subway stations. It has a washer, but no dryer. Free WiFi that you can take around town. We had an issue with the apartment window leaking when it rained. I reported it to the apartment management, and I had to clean up the leak and managed it. They never sent someone to take care of it. This leak must have been an issue for a while because there was mold on the wall and in-between the wall paper. The apartment material is like what they build with mobile campers. Floors feel like they are going to give out. Be sure to take photos of damaged items or structures. Bed side table was broken, shower door handle was broken, front window cracked & mold growing near water leak. Overall, this was ok if those issue were taken care of.

The apartment and the furniture are very old. Everything seems to crack. There is no space to open your luggages. The closet has no space to keep the clothes. The bathroom is small and smelly. This place needs a serious renovation. The place is very cold. The wifi doesn't work. The neighbour is unfriendly. Location is near by subway but still far from the city center.

駅まで徒歩5分程度のアクセスが良く、途中コンビニがあるのも便利でした。 キッチンには調理器具や食器があるので自炊できます。 教えてもらっていたwifiが部屋でキャッチできず困りましたが、メールを送るとすぐに対応してくれました。
