The Capitol Hotel Tokyu is one of my favourite hotels in the world. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the concierge was able to assist me with restaurant reservations. I also love the building’s design and architecture. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Central location
Capitol was a fantastic hotel for our family of 4 recently! We loved the easy access to the subway, the friendliness of the very helpful staff and the large size of the room.

Superb hotel and staff - highly recommended!
The room we stayed in was fantastic. Spotlessly cleaned every day and fresh laundry provided each time we got back. Bathroom was huge. It contained both a bathtub and a shower and a separate toilet. The room size was luxuriously big. I love love love the quilt cover - it honestly feels like what I imagine sleeping on a fluffy cloud feels like! I will miss staying here!
Staff were really kind and helpful. The hotel generously provided us with Sakura bath sachets as a honeymoon present. Thank you- my skin was so soft after soaking in it every day.
Location was great. It is located right beside a Maranouchi train station and walking distance to an amazing Akasaka food strip. We are lunch there every day - they were all good.
It is also located beside a shrine and the walkway is lined with Sakura which was in bloom when we visited- beautiful!
Staff speaks English so we had no trouble communicating.
Highly recommend this hotel!
