Really close to a main station linking to many major parts of Tokyo, right across from electric town and nearby several convenience stores. Never had an issue with staff and they were very helpful getting my room put together. 10/10 would stay here again

The hotel has only 1 elevator with 12 floors. Always had to wait for an elevator. The bathroom has mold under the ledge of the counter and the sitter has no adjust menu so just sprayed out all over the floor. The staff dropped a bag off in the morning at your door with extra towels and replacement items but never went in to make beds or pick up old towels - I guess you’re supposed to make up your own rooms. Staff not very friendly.

Brilliant for Akihabara train station and the Yamamoto line - hotel super clean and staff at front desk were very helpful. I arrived very earlier from my flight but although check in was 3pm they offered me a room earlier for the price of ¥2000 which was a complete bargain (and much appreciated). Would stay again.

The staff at this property were helpful and courteous. They were helpful in managing my luggage before and after check in and check out. They were helpful in calling a Taxi when requested. They were super helpful in turning the cooling on in my room, as the hotel default turns it off during cooler weather, but I needed more cooling to sleep well. This hotel is located in a walkable spot, easy to get to the station and has many food options and a convenience store right outside the hotel. Please do not take the rest of this review to negatively impact the staff, as I think the following issues are more to do with the expectations on the cleaning staff and a crappy overall management plan of the hotel: - I had severe allergies/hay fever that was exacerbated by the dusty state of the aircon unit. I couldn't not sleep without the unit running, but I did not pinpoint the issue being the dirty state of the unit until my last day of staying. The unit intake was actively covered in dust and it's unknown when the filter was last cleaned. - the bathroom seal in the back of the shower has black mold growing in it. Thankfully I don't have a mold allergy. - the bathtub seal at the drain end of the unit was coming apart from people standing in the tub and is likely being filled with water from showering regularly.
