The hotel was beautiful and the cleaning service was amazing. The main problem was the breakfast and the incredibly long waiting time. The Fitness Centre is very nice and clean and the spa also. We were very sad that the breakfast didn’t have espresso or more food choices. Over all a nice hotel, but some things can be improved in the service.

We really liked the hotel and the surrounding area. It is conveniently located in the middle of everything and views to Tokyo Tower are just amazing! Food options are good as well and kids also enjoyed a welcome gift.

Stayed at ​The Prince Park Tower Tokyo​ and loved every moment! The ​panoramic Tokyo Tower views​ from my room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location is perfect—just ​450m from Tokyo Tower​ and close to Shiba Park, with easy access to metro lines and airport buses. The room was ​spacious by Tokyo standards​ (36 sqm for the Tower View room!), impeccably clean, and featured luxurious Simmons bedding. Staff were ​exceptionally friendly—they even upgraded one of our rooms unexpectedly. Highlights included the ​33rd-floor sky lounge​ for sunset cocktails, diverse dining options (try the American-style breakfast!), and rare amenities like an ​indoor pool, spa, and even a bowling alley​. ​Perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and iconic views!​​ Will definitely return.

The best hotel for airport convenience

Perfect if you want to be literally less than 50m from your flight check in desk. The hotel is quite bland and dated

Although clean and comfortable, the Room was a bit dated in terms of its decor and TV. View of Tokyo Tower was great. Room service was timely and well presented. They could have had better options for breakfast. Taxi rank was excellent. Lawsons convenient store on site was great also.

We did not get any room upgrades as we qualified being a gold member. Took me a a lot of effort to finally becoming a gold member and we extended this VIP hotel from one night (relatively expensive) to 3 nights because of the perks we are expected to get but none of granted. Because of this, not a satisfied stay.

We loved the view from our room, and staff were super helpful in explaining our options in English. We were unable to use the onsen because of a small tattoo- even if it were covered.

The property is beautiful but the cost is overpriced. There is nothing in the area but it is 15 mins from the airport which is the reason why I stayed there.

Our experience at this hotel was very awful. The property is old and the carpets smell really bad. To make matters worst, we basically had no AC for the entire week we stayed here, we reported it and they brought us a fan. The breakfast was subpar, we didn't event attempt to try the dinner options. Also not a family friendly hotel at all, the pool is for age 20 and over and hear this, you have to pay to use it. Only good thing about this hotel was its location, which is very walkable to train stations, restaurants and other sites.

Deeply Disappointed Not What You Expect from a High End Japanese Hotel I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating I feel compelled to warn others. I booked this hotel expecting the high standards and hospitality Japan is known for but what I encountered was the exact opposite. The room I was given looked nothing like the one I had booked. I had photo evidence to show the discrepancy, but when I politely brought it up to the front desk, I was met with a confrontational and sarcastic attitude. Instead of listening or trying to find a solution, the receptionist brushed me off with a cold, “There’s nothing we can do,” as if this was a normal occurrence. Even after I explicitly asked to speak to a manager, no one came. Not once during my entire stay did management step in to acknowledge the issue, let alone offer any real apology or compensation. Only on the last day was I offered a change to the correct room which at that point felt more like an afterthought than a resolution. It’s shocking to see this level of unprofessionalism and indifference from a hotel that markets itself as luxury. At this price point, and in Japan no less, I expected accountability, sincerity, and above all, respect. Instead, I left feeling ignored, deceived, and disappointed. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly recommend thinking twice. What you see in the pictures may not be what you get, and if there’s a problem, don’t count on the staff to care.
