Guest Access:

You'll have the entire suite to yourself, so please make yourself at home. The unit is on the second floor and accessible by a staircase with approximately 18 steps.



Shared outdoor parking at the back of the building (first come, first served).

Getting Around:

Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes.

•As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.

• You may also experience a slight drop in water pressure during peak usage times (when multiple units are using water simultaneously).

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
