The room was so unbelievably hot and they had no control of the heat in our room. I had the window wide open all night and it was about 100 plus in the room. Complained to the front desk and they said they were all set and could not be changed. They were also very rude. For 650 dollars for one night they could have done better than That Terrible

Positives: *Location is terrific, a 5 minute walk to the Ed Mirvish Theatre ✅ *Beautiful lobby ✅ *Convenient underground parking ✅ *Previous stay no issues and had a positive experience ✅ Negative Experience: * Air did not work . Room was extremely hot and we called the front desk who offered a fan. * We slept with the patio door open due to the hot room, Listening to the very loud downtown city with our fan on that we received. *Pillows were flat and uncomfortable Front desk was kind enough to reimburse our parking for the inconvenience ✅
