Harley was incredibly helpful! He proactively messaged me with instructions for check-in, it was super easy. Felt really cared for, he offered assistance, was always quick to reply and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was super comfortable, clean and well equipped for short stays in the city. The location is 10/10, across the street from Wellsley Station, on the corner of Yonge Street, steps away from all the food, coffee and bubble tea options you can imagine. Definitely recommend and plan to come back!

Great stay and even better location! Surrounded by tons of cafes and eateries. Huge shoutout to Harley for being an amazing host—he helped me extend my stay easily and even swapped my room's coffee machine for a teapot. Excellent service

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was amazing, very good water pressure and could easily get hot water. Only negative - the TV wasn't connected to any cable or antenna. Could log in with a Netflix account of our own, but as mine is a UK Netflix account it isn't functional in Canada. Ergo, no TV viewing. We could cope as the wifi was good, so watched YouTube on our tablets.

Lovely room, excellent staff! He was very helpful when our flight got cancelled and rebooked our room right away, held our baggages too as flight was in the evening. Perfect location to walk down yonge st as well as hop on ttc (subway) accross the street. My son adored it as well.

It was a lovely stay, Harley is a gem. He greeted me at the front door the second I got there, and gave me a detailed tour. The room was very quiet, I couldn’t hear any other visitors. The only downside is having to use a public parking lot, which can be pricey for multiple days. But not the venue’s fault, and it’s close to the building. 100% would recommend to anyone visiting downtown, and will be staying there again on my next visit.

The staff was very welcoming, but we were surprise to see that is was more a guest house than a hotel. The word "boutique" was misleading for us. It has great soap, but it's very old, bed is OK, but that's about it. It's close to a police station so we were earring sirens all night long.

It is ok. More like boarding house accommodations,self access, A preserved Toronto Home turned into a self access, single room occupancy accommodations. Bed was comfortable. Access was easy,location is superb.Right across from the Wellesley Subway Station. Room 202, bathroom needs a DEEP DEEP scrub. Bathroom plumbing is in need of clearing and cleaning. Ventilation in the bathroom does very little. It is very moist and damp ALL the time. The fumes are eye piercing. I kept the door closed all the time with a shoe b/c it would not stay closed. The bathroom fan has a max 15min timer and I repeatedly turned it on. Mold and mildew in the bathroom shower floor and all over the curtain. The shower products need repair and a CLEANING. La Tumu is doable & it is definitely priced accordingly. Harley was very good at communications and very courteous when ever we spoke or messaged.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything from the staff friendliness to the amazing room we stayed in, was unbelievable. We haven’t been able to stop talking about how fun and smooth out stay truly was.
