If you're looking for a cheap place near the airport, this place is fine. It is noisy and older. The room stank of pot. The pub downstairs is probably a plus for some people. I did like how easy and quick it was to get to the airport. And the staff was nice.

The front desk lady from Jamaica that was working tonight was super amazing, friendly and she made us feel so welcome. The room is clean and spacious, they also have a restaurant in the hotel which is so convenient. We had a great meal, good portion, and friendly staff. We will be back again!

We checked in late as previously arranged but there was no one there to check us in. We waited 20 minutes for the clerk to come back from getting something offsite. The check-in system was not working so had to sign a piece of paper. There is no elevator in this property so had to haul our luggage up the stairs. We had arranged to take the shuttle in the morning but our name did not get added to the list. The driver agreed to allow us on the shuttle.

Very old and worn Front desk attendant was pleasant but the front door kept opening and it was freezing standing there. Would never stay here again and would have moved hotels if it wasn’t so late

Very close to airport, shuttle worked well (if you can access it during available hours), good breakfast and comfortable for a one-night stay prior to a flight. NOTE: 2nd floor is only accessible by stairs (no elevator).

The reception desk faces the front door and the reception desk attendants face a blast of cold air every time someone enters or leaves. I believe it is the reason why the person at the front desk was so rude to everyone. So much eye rolling and heavy sighs. A person interrupted our interaction to say she lost her passport in the lobby to which the attendant responded “it’s not my problem”. I was asked to provide my picture id and when I passed my Health Card, I was told in the most condescending tone to provide id with my address. Admittedly she was alone most of the time we were interacting and perhaps she was overwhelmed as there were a lot of interruptions. After handing me my key and parking ticket, I bent to gather my stuff and she says “I’m not done talking to you”. She then turned to her colleague who had just returned and started complaining that I wasn’t waiting until she was finished. I honestly thought she was done and frankly could not wait to leave. I am sure she is a kind person and just needs support on how to interact with people. As for accommoda
