Booked this hotel for 3 nights initially as my son and I were in the area for kickboxing tournament and wanted to save the 2 hr drive from up north. Once we entered the hotel it was fairly ok, but once we entered the room it had a bad stagnant smell to it, turned on thr room fan, extremely loud then the climate control was even louder...to the point where anytime it came on it was oberbearingly loud, could not leave it off as the room had zero air circulation with it off. My son being a deep sleeper got in abut 6 hrs...I had maybe 2 hrs due to the constant noise from the fan and ac, not even mentioning how loud it was outside the room. Room was run down as well, carpet, sofa , furniture all run down and dirty!! Especially the carpet and sofa, bathroom had no circulation at all!! Room lighting was also poor. The only positive from this ordeal was that the front desk person easily cancelled our other two nights stay without a hassle! This hotel was dreadful and having to go to an athletic competition the next day with 2 hrs sleep was an absolute nightmare and caused me to have a literal panic attack during the night there. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy, stay away!!

I stayed at the Sheraton near Toronto Airport for just one night, and it was perfect for a quick overnight stop. The location is super convenient, shuttle was awesome and check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long flight. Great stay for a short visit or layover.
