This is a family friendly rather than a business traveler friendly hotel, lots of children using the pool, running around, especially in the hallway, making all the noise. I was woken up by the noise in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk to complain.

The bed was too soft for my liking. Breakfast wasn’t included but a small restaurant was available, although quite pricey for the amount of food. My room was across from the stairwell on the 1st floor and all I heard was it slamming the 2 nights I was there

We got bedbug bites during the stay. Requested to change all the bed-sheets. When we came back in the evening, the staff there told us they inspected everything and changed all the bed-sheets as promised, which they did not -- There was a stain on the bed sheet and it was still there when I returned, which means they were lying about changing the sheets. Also they provide services once every 2 days, while only providing 1 day worth of coffee/cups/towels. Also bed sheets were not changed even on the days with service, unless you sit there and watch them and insist on changing...

The smell of cigarette smoke entering the room during the night was unacceptable. Front desk was notified on 7/17,7/18 and 7/19. Would consider not going back.

We indicated that we were 3 people, and thought the sofa bed would have been made upon our arrival. Good thing we arrived earlier then expected. If we arrived at 10pm like we first planned we would have not enjoyed making the sofa bed. If not everything else was good for 1 night. Thank you
