I have been coming to this hotel for the past 8 years and it’s starting to show it’s age. The walkway from the parkade to the lobby has a funky Miley odour. The same odour was in the closet in my room when I opened the closet door. I found a lot of hair in the carpets and bathroom floor of my room. Overall the room was not clean. Due to covid, I did not get any house cleaning services.

Worse hotel ever . No air condition work . Come to room 1005 no air condition work . No remote control for the Tv ,!i called front desk then I have to wait for 28 minutes.
