Hotel was super nice, our view sucked so that was disappointing in future I would ensure to book a more expensive room on the higher floors because the beds were so comfy and the rooms were clean, and staff were great! Would stay here again for sure!

A little surprised. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Toronto, and this was right up there. The room was excellent, the staff were all polite and considerate. I couldn't fault it.

Room was clean but somewhat dated for tub, tub surround. Bathroom door hits your knees. If they made the kitchenette smaller they might be able to do a sliding door for the bathroom area. Fridge wasn't very cold and took a few minutes to figure out how to turn it up. Vents were closed so took us a little while to figure out why we weren't getting warm. For the price, it was what we expected. If you don't expect much, the hotel is good for staying at

The temperature in the room Was not controllable. Too hot. Only choice was to turn off. When reaching front desk… they indicated it was governed by the building and if too hot they could provide a fan!!!

Start with the location which is great! There is a small grocer on the corner, coffee joint and Ramen place very close as well. Steps away from Yonge and easy walking almost everywhere in the city! The staff are very friendly and efficient! The elevators are quick and easy to use. The rooms are great and clean! Love the bedroom, living room, kitchenette style room. Big windows and easy environmental controls. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is 5 Stars but I have to give 4 only because of the lack of breakfast. They have plastic wrapped muffins and coffee. There is a room beside the lobby where they could offer some kind of better amenity with a better continental type service. We will be back!
