the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and all major spots downtown are within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely front desk attendants. Above and beyond at check in. Well done. Delivery drivers should have an escort to the room. Pick up in lobby is not optimal when there is no restaurant or bar available in the hotel to order from. This should be more obvious on website.

This is an upscale hotel. We had a very large suite. Location is in the middle of everything, a couple blocks from the market. Lots of dining in the area from McDs to nice restaurants. Only negative is that the bar and restaurant in the hotel were permanently closed.
