We stayed one night to attend the theatre. It was convenient as after we parked the car in the hotel underground parking, we could walk to the theatre and there were numerous dining options very close by. The bed was also really comfortable. I would stay here again!

Staff friendly and helpful. A safe place to stay as they checked us in after 10pm. Doors were locked and always acknowledged us each time we returned. Central location, ubered everywhere. Homeless people laying on the streets in blankets downtown Toronto in freezing temperatures. Would recommend this hotel for their safety procedures, locking doors at a certain time at night and checking us off the list as we entered. Clean and nice hotel rooms. We asked for extra towels each day and friendly staff made sure we had plenty.

Overall, it was a pretty good hotel. It was definitely cost-effective compared to other Toronto hotels. The cleanliness was average and the service was just good enough. The area around the hotel was not unsafe, but perhaps a little seedy. It was very busy given its affordability. Its location in terms of walking distance to other Toronto attractions was pretty good. Overall, I would recommend it but just a heads up on the cleanliness and the general area around the hotel.

Great staycation.

Just did a mini staycation for my birthday and did not disappoint. The room is big, comfy bed, just the right amount of amenities and friendly staff. Centrally located downtown I didn't need to use the public transportation everywhere. Easy accesd from the PATH as well but not wheelchair accessible. I enjoyed the jaccuzzi and dry sauna when the snowstorm arriver in Toronto. It was a great place to hiberate. I really hope the restaurant opens soon, it'd be nice to not have to leave the premise for a drink or food. I do wish they could provide slippers or robe for guests. Still 110% recommend this hotel.

Great quality for the price !

The service was great. We had a lovely welcome and all our questions and needs answered. The hotel is in a wonderful location walking distance from union station and right near the Eaton centre. Our room was huge with two beds, a couch and a spacious bathroom. Can't beat this quality for the price.
