Staff were helpful. The suite was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, wished I could have taken the bed home with me. Pillows beautiful & soft. Showers lovely & hot.

I have been staying at this property for over 10 years but I was disappointed in the cleaning staff. Two nights in a row I did not get the coffe amenities refilled and on Sunday night they made the bed but completely ignored the bathroom. I had to flag down a maid get get clean towels, bathroom supplies and coffeemate! Very disappointed

Can't say how much I enjoyed staying at the Cambridge! Great location and the staff were absolutely wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff! I would HIGHLY recommend this great hotel!! Totally staying there again when I visit Toronto!

We appreciated the large room, with wet bar area well equiped wet bar. Our room had a new microwave and minifridge, ideal for snacks. Bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. Staff super friendly and helpful in answering our inquiries. Looking forward to staying there again.
