The washroom’s shower was in poor condition and dirty. Also I was charged by mistake of the staff a higher rate than the one I reserved at (120 CAD more) and I am still awaiting for the refund. Therefore they affected my trips budget

The stay of my dad and sister was good just as a recommendation, guests that arrive late because of flights or flight delays should be considered with breakfast the next day in case they are a little late for breakfast, or maybe consider the option to leave just for those guests breakfast in the room so the hotel is sure they can have breakfast before the check out. This will help the guests to have a much better experience considering that this is a hotel part of the Marriott chain and which and prices are not cheap are well-known for their service. My sister and dad arrived at 9.30 an to see if they can have something to eat and take it to the room, as they arrived that day from Chile after a long delayed flight at the hotel around 3.30 am, they have slept just few hours before continue their trip to Sudbury, ON. However, the response from the breakfast team was not friendly and they just could have one small coffee and an apple, really poor service considering the high quality hotel they were staying at. I hope this helps to improve that and other customers don’t experience the same in the future. Kind regards, Giannina Riffo ( I made the reservation for my dad and my sister at the hotel).

Hotel was okay. Parking fee not declared when booking. Pool was chilly & dirty, hot tub/whirlpool was chilly & jets wouldn’t work. Elevator was noisy & bumpy riding up & down. Breakfast was standard, the staff were friendly & courteous. Convenient location for airport access.

The room was large and looked tidy, but there was an odor in certain areas; not enough to change rooms (we were there less than 12hrs) but it was noticeable when you left the room and came back, or when you were in those specific spots. The hot tub was VERY disappointing! It was lukewarm at best and smelled so strongly of chemicals I began feeling dizzy almost immediately. The pool was a nice temperature but was visibly unclean. Slightly cloudy water and dirt floating throughout.

very last minute before we sleep, I find out that the sofa bed is not opening. It was just a sofa, not a bed. We are three guests, one of them slept on the sofa. with banded legs.
